Can you handle fragile or high-value items?
Yes. Declare the item at booking and it is routed through our fragile-handling workflow: reinforced packaging, trained handlers, padded transport and optional full-value insurance, with photo proof of condition at delivery.
What is the difference between air, sea and road freight?
Air freight is the fastest option for urgent or high-value cargo. Sea freight offers the lowest cost per kilogram for large, non-urgent volumes. Road freight covers regional and cross-border moves with flexible pickup. Not sure? Tell us what you are shipping and we will recommend the best mode.
What if my delivery is delayed or held at customs?
